What We Don't Clean
If we show up to your home and any of these things are present, we will use discretion in determining whether to clean around them (dirty dishes, dirty laundry, carpet stain, etc.) or leave the home entirely and refund your money (hoarder, biohazards, infestations). If you want clarification on a specific part of your home, please send us an email with pictures of the area(s) in question. For any cancellations due to outside of work - infestations, hoarding, etc. a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.

Yes, all of our service partners are background checked and insured. We know how important safety is and it is not something we compromise on.
You will get a confirmation as soon as we find a provider for your job via email and SMS text.
Please contact support@themopandbroom.com if anything comes up and you need to reschedule or cancel. You can also cancel within your account page on our website. We charge a $25 cancellation fee that goes directly to our cleaners to account for their inconvenience.

Absolutely. When you book your fist cleaning, you can select weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings. You can also create an account on our site and choose these options at your convenience!
We give an hour long arrival window as our team goes job to job. Sometimes things take longer than expected. If your cleaner hasn’t arrived in their time slot, please contact us at support@themopandbroom.com or (817) 585-8622 to reschedule or get a refund.
Our cleaners can usually complete cleanings in 2-4 hours, but each residence and job is different so times do vary. That is why we charge a flat rate as opposed to an hourly price!
